Entry Deadline
June 9, 2024 (Sunday)
Last year, we were deeply grateful for the participation of over 100 cyclists in "Tottori Uminami 250," set
against the beautiful nature of Tottori. We received many joyful messages along with your passionate spirits.
Carrying forward that spirit, the time has come for us to face a new challenge together. Yes, the curtain rises
on the 2nd Tottori Uminami 250.
This event is not just a cycling race. It is a challenge to confront oneself and surpass limits over a
distance of 250km. While riding along the beautiful coastline, deepen bonds with fellow participants sharing the
same goal, and create lifelong memories.
Whether you participated last year or this is your first time, we hope this challenge ignites a new spark in
your heart. Please experience the moment when each individual's effort transforms into great joy at Tottori
Uminami 250.

I promise to stop participating immediately if any abnormality in my condition occurs.
I have experience in cycling and fully recognize that the event takes place in a natural environment subject to rapid changes and that participants' conditions can change drastically. I also understand that the course is set over a wide area, which may hinder emergency aid or response.

I participate in the event with full awareness and responsibility for safety and health, and if I become the victim or cause an accident during the event, regardless of the cause, I will handle it at my own responsibility and not blame the organizers or officials. I accept the discontinuation recommendation if the organizers deem it impossible to continue. I consent to receiving treatment if I am injured, encounter an accident, or fall ill during the event and will not object to the methods or outcomes of such treatment.

Compensation for me is within the scope of the insurance taken out for the event. Therefore, I pledge not to make any compensation claims, lawsuits, or pay legal fees to anyone, including myself, my executor, trustee, heirs, or relatives.
I pledge not to pursue the organizers for their responsibility if the event is canceled due to bad weather (the criterion is the issuance of a warning) or poor running conditions, the spread of COVID-19, or other reasons not attributable to the organizers. I also will not claim any expenses incurred for participating in the event, including the participation fee.
I understand and consent that my portrait, name, address, age, competition history, and other personal information may be used on the event organizer's website, event pamphlets, related publicity materials, reports, and information media. I also consent to the commercial use of materials and media produced by the organizers related to the event.
If there is any doubt in the interpretation of this pledge, I consent to resolve it according to the rules related to the event.
